Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026. These terms are between you and Brain Engine Tech LLC ("we").
1. The service
We review your UPS and FedEx invoice and shipment data for billing errors (such as incorrect surcharges, address-correction fees, duplicate charges and weight discrepancies), lost or damaged packages, and late deliveries on services that currently carry a carrier money-back guarantee. With your written authorization, we file disputes and claims in your name through your own carrier account, as an authorized user. Carriers decide every request and may deny requests at their discretion. We don't guarantee any recovery.
2. Free audit
The audit report is free and non-binding. It is based on the data you provide and published carrier terms. Your contract may waive or limit some credits, and carriers can change or suspend their guarantees.
3. Fees
Our fee is 20% of amounts actually recovered — credits shown on your carrier invoice and claim payments confirmed by the carrier — from items we identified or filed. No recovery, no fee. Payment terms will be set out in your service agreement.
4. Authorization & your responsibilities
You confirm you are the account holder and payer for the carrier accounts you designate, and you give us authorized-user access to them. We file in your name; credits and claim payments go to you. You remain responsible for your carrier account and contract. Shipments bought through a third-party label platform, where the platform is the carrier's billed customer, are generally outside the service. You can revoke your authorization at any time.

6. Term & cancellation
Either party may end the service at any time. Fees remain due on credits from claims filed before cancellation that are later approved.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". Full disclaimers and limits will be set out in your service agreement.
8. Not affiliated
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by UPS, FedEx, or any carrier.
9. Governing law
To be specified in your service agreement.
